Printfection Pricing
Printfection offers three pricing plans: Starter, Standard, and Enterprise.
The Starter plan includes 1,000 pieces of inventory storage, 50 platform users, free product samples, and basic account support.

Payment Method
Printfection offers several payment methods. Customers can streamline their account charges by specifying an Account Balance Replenishment to avoid small credit card charges for Giveaway Campaign redemptions.
Customers can select the replenishment level that works best for their usage. For instance, they might choose to be charged $500 dollars at a time. Once $500 has been used up, they will then be charged another $500 to re-up the account.

Printfection Return Policy?
Printfection's return policy is customer-friendly. If there are any issues with an order, Printfection works to ensure complete satisfaction and resolves any issues that arise during the order/shipping process.
If unsatisfied with any part of an order, a written refund request must be submitted to the Customer Success Manager within 30 days of the initial purchase for review.
Printfection may provide a partial or full refund depending on the issue. Some example scenarios include:
- Product malfunction/defective items
- Misprint of artwork (wrong artwork, wrong location of artwork, wrong artwork color)
- Variance of QTY greater than 2% of full order QTY
For orders shipped with On or Before or Guaranteed methods, Printfection has insurance up to $100 and can reimburse up to that amount for any lost shipments if a lost package investigation doesn't locate the package.
However, Printfection will not provide a refund for returned shipments due to wrong/incorrect address, closed business, or unpaid duties/taxes, damage to packaging from transit, weather-related delays regardless of shipping method, Force Majeure, refusal of Delivery from either customs or recipient, and theft.
Shipping and product costs for orders shipped Lowest Cost or Lowest Cost with Tracking are also not refunded.
